Overview

This case study explores the creation of an interactive and original Christmas event designed for family participation.

The primary objective was to drive footfall to a shopping centre, with promotion carried out across various advertising channels, including radio, social media, and press activity.

Delivery

We erected a magical maze for children and families to explore, complete with a snow machine that led to Santa’s workshop.

Inside, families enjoyed crafts, hot chocolate, and a visit with Santa.

The event also featured donkeys from a local sanctuary for children to pet, enhancing the magical experience.

Results

The innovative event created enchanting moments for hundreds of families throughout the weekend, generating excellent press coverage and social media engagement for the shopping centre.

The event was a sell-out success and helped raise funds for the Cash for Kids Charity.
